Mr. Thomas Benjamin Webb “Punchie” was born May 16, 1948 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Odessa and Jessie Webb Sr. Thomas was a resident of Flint and graduated from Flint Northern High School, “Class of 1966” where he was a member of the Northern Track Team. He was employed by Buick Motor Company, a division of General Motors Corporation for several years.
