WEBB, Mr. Thomas B. - Age 74, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Willowbrook Manor. Public Viewing will be held Thursday October 20, 2022 from 9AM-12:30 PM at Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. Interment 1:30 PM Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, G-4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI. Mr. Thomas Benjamin Webb “Punchie” was born May 16, 1948 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Odessa and Jessie Webb Sr. Thomas was a resident of Flint and graduated from Flint Northern High School, “Class of 1966” where he was a member of the Northern Track Team. He was employed by Buick Motor Company, a division of General Motors Corporation for several years. Thomas was drafted in the United States Army where he served in the Vietnam War and was Honorably Discharged. Thomas had a variety of hobbies and interests. He enjoyed mowing and maintaining a well-kept lawn. Thomas loved repairing and maintaining his tools and yard equipment and working in his garden. He was a fan of professional football games and sports, and was well informed about current events. Thomas was very generous with his time, help and gifts throughout the years to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed! Mr. Thomas Benjamin Webb leaves to cherish his memory: sister, Ollie Johnson; 3 brothers, Jerry (Winda) Webb, all of Flint, Jessie (Jennifer) Webb of Newbern, TN and Nathaniel (Pam) Webb of Lansing, MI; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; 3 aunts, Louise Ray, Lovie McGaughy and Jean Wynne, all of Flint; a host of other relatives and friends including special relatives, Joe Carter, Vanessa Jordan, Corene Sturghill, Phillip Johnson, Ricky Carter, Betty Wiggins and the Ray family.
Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his parents, Odessa and Jessie Webb Sr.; grandparents, Mack and Belvie Wynne; and brother, Billy Wynne. The family would like to express special thanks to The Medical Team at Hurley Medical Center, Fenton Healthcare and Willowbrook Hospice.
