 GOOSBY, Mr. Moses Izeal - Age 83, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 at McCandlish Manor. Mr. Goosby will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed Friday, March 12, 2021 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Mr. Moses Izeal Goosby, age 83 passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 at McCandlish Manor, Grand Blanc, MI.

Moses was born November 6, 1937 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the son of Charley “Charles” and Lily Belle Goosby. Moses owned his own business MIG Collision. He did Bumper & Body work and loved working on cars, that was his passion for over 60 years until his health declined. Moses was a kind and gentle soul. Mr. Moses Izeal Goosby leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Marlena (Shannon deceased) Propst; 2 sons, Edwin Goosby and Lamar (Natasha) Goosby; 2 brothers, Lonnie Goosby and Roosevelt Johnson; a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special friend, Fanny Smith. Mr. Goosby was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 15 years, Ruth Ann Steele Goosby; parents, Charley “Charles” and Lily Belle Goosby; 2 sisters, Charlie “Charlene” Anderson and Mildred Loveless; brother, Leslie Goosby.
